Cancellation with 72 hours (3 days) prior notice, 10% of room charge will be levied. Cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice will attract one-day room charges.

For the company/group booking, if cancellation is done 7 days prior to the date of Check-in. 10% of a day’s charge will be deducted form the entire booking. If cancellation is done within 7 days then a one-day retention bill will be raised for the entire booking.
If the guest either cancels or checks out early will be charged 25% of the room tariff for the remaining number of days as per actual reservations & 75% will be refunded.
